END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The use of this application is subjected to the conditions of

license listed below.

The term "copyright holder/s" refers to those individuals who have ownership of this software,

who conceived and created this software and are therefore the authors.
The owners of copyrighted software are given whitin the software throgh a notice of copyright.

"Software" term is meant to be the software itself, including all parts
connected to it like documentations and all audio/visual materials,
found from the software or through an online link, whether is of the
copyright holders or any of its Licensor's properties.

"Software" term can also meant to be, if applicable, other software

client or server managing, automatically or by user's iteration, the

download of other components or audio/video resources for the

application itself with the only choice of copyright holders of the software.

You are the only one responsible of all other connection with other

audio/visual components or material undertake with the use of this

application.

The use of that material is disciplined by their own rules.

Personal informations gave by the user to copyright holders - or its designed

partners - are ruled by copyright holder's Privacy Policy and they can be

update in every time.

Downloading, installing and/or using this software, you explicitly

accept terms and conditions of this license with copyright holders.

Upon acceptance, this agreement is enforceable against you and any

entity that obtained the Software and on whose behalf it is used.

1. LIMITED USE LICENSE

personal use.

All rights not expressly granted in this documentation are reserved

to copyright holders.

This software is granted in license, not sold. This license does not

give you any property for this application, and is not meant to be

intended like selling rights.

2. PROPERTY

All titles, ownership and intellectual property rights of this software

including marks, names, computer codes, themes, objects, ringtones,

stories, dialogues, sounds, animations, sound effects, images, pictures,

logos, slogans, documentations and "applets" included or connected

to the software are property of copyright holders and its Licensor.

An exception are images, animations, sounds, ringtones, sound

effects, pictures already included in the system but available to

the software for its functioning or elements insert by user itself.

This software is protected by copyright according to international

legislation and international treaties of copyright, conventions and

other laws.

This software includes materials granted in license, and LycansLab

3.7 disable, modify or tamper functionality that can compromise

3.8 forge, fake, imitate or falsify marks of this software or the name

of owners;

4. DISCLAIMER

This software is released "as it is" without warranty of any kind;

without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or

SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

4.1 entire risk of this software's quality and performance is your

responsibility;

4.2 copyright holders have

no responsibility to you for any reason for using this software;

4.3 copyright holders have

the responsibility to find a remedy - with respect to use - about

any software that they supply through replacement of defective

software only for devices the software was written and licensed

for; exceptions: copies of the software distributed as beta or

evaluation.

Some jurisdictions may not allow STATEMENTS OF NO

WARRANTY but the statements set above will apply FULLEST

EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 In no event copyright holders

will be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages

resulting from a wrong use or misuse, possession or malfunction of

this application, including, without limitation, property damages,

problems in turning on the mobile, computer or PDA or failures in

general.

5.2 In no event LycansLab copyright holders

will be liable for damages for personal injuries, even if copyright holders
have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.3 In no event copyright holders

will pay you a value higher than the price of software actually paid in

event of contentious.

Some jurisdictions may not allow contractual restrictions for a

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DUE TO ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL

OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

In this case, copyright holder's responsibility

will be LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY

LAW.

6. END OF LICENSE OF USE

The limited license set out in paragraph 1 of this Agreement will

terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms and

conditions of this Agreement.

In this case, you must destroy all copies of this application and all

its components and related materials.

7. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

Since LycansLab would be irreparably damaged if the terms of this

Agreement are not specifically applied, You agree that copyright holders

will be entitled to appropriate corrective action with respect to breaches

of this Agreement, in addition to any other remedy under the law.

8. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend copyright holders, its partners, affiliates,

contractors, officers, directors, employees and agents from all

damages, losses and expenses arising directly or indirectly from

your acts or omissions using the software under the terms of this

Agreement.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1 This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning

this license between the parties and supersedes all prior or

contemporaneous agreements of the license.

9.2 This Agreement may be amended only by a writing executed

by both parties.

9.3 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Italian

state, and you accept to submit to the jurisdiction of Italian

jurisdiction, renouncing to any personal objection on that.

9.4 If this End User License Agreement is translated into another

language than Italian, it is accepted that the Italian version prevails

to the extent of any discrepancy in meaning between

the Italian version and its translation.

9.5 You agree only to the extent prohibited by law, that any

disagreement, dispute, claim, mediation, arbitration, litigation, etc.,

for this End User License Agreement must be conducted in Italian,

including but by no means limited all correspondence, requests,

motions, notices, approvals, requests for discovery, interrogatories,

comments, filings, pleadings, arguments, orders and judgments.

All other copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
